How do I properly care for my leather accessory

How long does shipping take
The shipping usually takes place within two to five business days. All orders are carefully packaged to ensure that your accessory arrives in perfect condition.
In which countries is delivery made
We currently ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, and other European countries. International orders are also possible. The exact shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
Can I exchange or return my product
Yes, of course. You can return your unworn product to us within fourteen days of receipt. Please note that personalized or specially made items are excluded from exchange.
How does the return process work?
Simply contact us via our contact form or by email. We will send you all the information regarding the return. After receiving and inspecting the goods, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.
